Now as a health coach, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of life are connected. Does stress at our jobs or in our relationships cause us to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent us from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as whole. ​

​Through 1:1 coaching, we’ll uncover imbalances in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, career, relationships, and sense of purpose. Together, we’ll define what you value most for your well-being and we’ll use that vision to motivate specific goals bringing you closer to where you want to be.
