My ApproachI practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of life are connected. Does stress at our jobs or in our relationships cause us to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent us from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I feel you. My decision to become a health coach was inspired by my life’s experiences and the realization that we are all worth so much more than living with the symptoms we’ve become accustomed to.
